Terms

Every piece is embroidered by hand. No two are exactly alike, and small differences in a stitch or a shade are the mark of the hand, not a fault.

Photographs show each piece as truly as we can. Colours on a screen can differ a little from the cloth.

Prices are shown on each piece and at checkout, in your region's currency. Your order is confirmed once payment is received, and we send the confirmation by email.

If a piece cannot be made or sent after you have paid, we tell you and refund you in full.

You may cancel an order within one hour of placing it. After that the piece is being prepared for you, and returns are for a piece that arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
