Returns
Every piece is made by hand, for you. So we do not take a piece back because it is no longer wanted. We do take it back if it arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
Sending it back costs you nothing.
If something is wrong
Write to us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photograph of what is wrong. We will tell you how to send it back, and put it right.
Changing your mind
If you change your mind, write to us within one hour of placing your order and we will cancel it in full.
Before you order
If you are unsure of a size, a colour or a fit, write to us first. We would rather answer every question than have a piece sit unworn.
